Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

Things come up. Let us know as soon as you can and we'll work with the partner to find a new time that works.

Cancellations

You can cancel a scheduled visit at any time. We ask for as much notice as you can give so we can adjust the partner's day. Same-day cancellations may not always be possible to reschedule that week.

Pausing recurring service

Going on vacation or away for a stretch? Pause your recurring plan and we'll hold your spot. When you're ready, just let us know and we'll start it back up.

Estimate expiration

Estimates are valid for 72 hours. If yours has expired, request a refresh and we'll re-confirm pricing and availability.

Promotions

If a promotion was applied to your estimate, it stays valid only while the estimate is valid. Expired or cancelled estimates need a fresh promo if one is still running.

Missed access

If the partner arrives at the scheduled time and can't access the property, we'll reach out to reschedule. Repeated missed access may require a small trip fee to cover the partner's time.
